As a Waiter / Waitress at The Lab Holding, you play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll deliver warm, professional service, represent our brand values on the floor, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Handle guest requests and concerns with confidence and care
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Follow service standards and timing during busy service periods
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
• Support opening and closing duties as required
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and personal grooming
• Follow health, safety, and service procedures
• Upsell menu items and promote specials when appropriate

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress or similar role preferred
• Experience in high-quality or high-volume restaurants is an advantage
