As an Engineering Supervisor at The Lab Holding,you will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring all facilities, equipment, and systems function safely and efficiently. You’ll lead the engineering team on shift, coordinate preventive maintenance, and support uninterrupted guest and staff experiences.
• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance activities across the outlet
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment are operational
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and technical issues
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Guide and support technicians and engineering staff
• Allocate tasks and monitor work quality and timelines
• Coordinate with operations and management teams to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and facility regulations
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and reports
• Ensure proper use of tools, spare parts, and equipment
• Support audits and inspections
• Monitor maintenance costs and reduce wastage
• Assist with inventory control of tools and spare parts
• Liaise with vendors and service providers when required
You’ll collaborate closely with Operations, Kitchen, and Management teams to ensure smooth daily functioning of all facilities. Our engineering teams play a critical role in supporting high-performing hospitality environments.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor or Senior Technician
• Background in hospitality, hotels, or high-traffic facilities preferred
• Hands-on experience with MEP, HVAC, and kitchen equipment
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Team supervision and coordination abilities
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
