As a Commis Chef at The Lab Holding ,you’ll support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes while learning from experienced chefs. This role is ideal for passionate, driven individuals looking to grow their skills in a professional, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking under senior chefs’ guidance
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
• Support Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs during service
• Prepare mise en place and ensure timely service
• Learn cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Take feedback positively and continuously improve skills
• Support training activities within the kitchen team
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Assist in minimizing food waste and controlling costs

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or kitchen trainee preferred
• Fresh culinary graduates are welcome to apply
