What You’ll Do
Kitchen Leadership
- Run your section to the highest standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and timing
- Support Head & Sous Chefs during service
- Train and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
Creativity & Growth
- Contribute to menu development
- Work with seasonal ingredients
- Share ideas and techniques
Standards & Operations
- Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
- Maintain clean, organized workstations
- Control food costs and reduce waste

What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role
- Background in high-quality or high-volume kitchens
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification
